Now that Apple has decided to look for efficient features in the new iOS, you can move multiple icons at once. To enter iOS wobble mode, tap and hold an icon and select Home Screen to move the display icon to AC / AAXAC / A in the lower left corner of the app that disappears and then tap any other app icon to add to the selection and move the bundle to a new location.
